Our New Leadership Team

As part of our ongoing commitment to growth and innovation, we have recently undergone changes in our leadership team. Dave Dennis has resigned as President and CEO of Instream Energy Systems. Dave will remain as a board director until further notice, and we thank him for supporting our journey to commercialization.

These changes are part of our strategic evolution as we position ourselves for the future. We intend to grow the business of IES and capture as much value as possible for IES and its shareholders through our technical expertise and commercial experience regarding turbine
production coupled with the potential for accredited exchange of carbon and emission credits and green hydrogen production.

We are excited to announce that we are finalizing partnerships that will bolster our capabilities and support our transition into development and operations for our forthcoming projects. More news is forthcoming, and we are excited to share further updates with you as they develop.
